Briana is an amazing professional! I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to work with her. I bought a house in 2021 with her help and I have now bought another house in 2026 as well as used her as my selling agent for the first house shortly thereafter. She was very communicative, and always answered emails, texts, and phone calls within a very quick time frame. She goes to bat for her customers and is always helpful in answering questions. If I ever move again, she will 100% be my real estate agent. Hire Briana!!!

We are so impressed with Briana and her team! We were relocating to Michigan from out of state and had a lot of moving pieces with buying a house, but she made it feel so easy. We were able to get a house that checked all our boxes on the first offer that we submitted! Her knowledge of the market and tricks of the trade helped us make an appealing offer that beat out many others! She is well connected in the area and was able to communicate quickly and effectively with selling agents, our mortgage lender, inspector, and others involved. Again, just blown away and so impressed with Briana’s professionalism, knowledge, competitiveness, and personal touch with everything. We’re so grateful for her and her team!

We loved working with Briana. She was so smart and full of energy. It was like a breath of fresh air in the usual real estate experience in this area. She knew all the details about the property we were interested in and got back to us promptly if she had to research anything. Things moved along quickly and we completed the sale. Meanwhile, we were so impressed with her, we had her list our house for sale. She and her team did such a superb job photographing and marketing it, we sold it in three days, well over the asking price. You could not do better than Briana and her whole team: serious but fun and extremely competent.

We just closed on our very first home this morning (!!) and we couldn’t be more thankful that we had Briana Buyer by our side through it all. As first-time buyers, we had a million questions and needed someone we could trust—Briana was exactly that and more.

She made the process feel manageable, exciting, and even fun. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about every step—from showings to closing day. She truly listened to what we were looking for and advocated for us the entire way.

What really stood out was her heart. Briana never treated us like “just another client”—she celebrated the wins with us, calmed our nerves when we got anxious, and genuinely cared that we found the right place to call home.

If you’re looking for a Realtor who will go above and beyond, guide you with confidence, and bring joy to the journey—Briana is the one. We are beyond grateful for her!

Briana is a fantastic advocate for her clients! I appreciate how quickly she responded with next steps and used her network of connections to help us secure our dream home. She was very helpful navigating the negotiation process and was able to efficiently schedule all of the inspections that we requested! Once we bought our new home we knew we wanted her to sell our current home! She is extremely professional and so knowledgeable. We feel that she went above and beyond with her marketing and social media - resulting in multiple offers above asking! Her confidence is such a comfort during such a chaotic time of buying and selling, and she is so patient to answer the many questions that come up. She has been such a blessing to us. I could keep going - she's the best! Give her a call!

Briana is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable real estate agent! We were buying from out of state and she did many walk throughs for us and said “no” to enough homes that I trusted her when she said “yes!” to the one we made an offer on. She helped us create a competitive offer in this crazy market, that still was within our budget and our goal. In fact, our offer was accepted in under an hour! Briana helped us close quickly on our home while managing some challenging circumstances professionally and seamlessly! We are so grateful to have had her representing us.

We had a great experience with the whole team! Our realtor, Leanne, was absolutely amazing! Leanne is kind, patient, easy to talk to, and will fight for you throughout the whole process. She worked super hard, was super communicative, and found us a home that fit our budget and was just the style we wanted. She has also been super helpful even after we bought the home! Briana Beyer’s Team was amazing to work with as well! When asking for an agent, ask for Leanne. She will help you find your dream home!

Brianna and her group made the sale of my dad's condo after my mom's death so very simple. Their attention to every detail and small acts of kindness for my dad and I along the way, as well as competent, prompt and very responsive communication allowed us relax a bit during a stressful season in life. Briana's honesty, confidence and preparedness from the very beginning were so helpful and proved trustworthy as closing day arrived. So grateful!
